  • In-Person: Half-day practical workshop
  • Exemptions: If you’ve already completed an anatomy unit at TAFE or University, you may not need to complete this course

  • Understand the skeletal system and how bone structure relates to Pilates movement

  • Recognise how exercise influences the musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory, endocrine, digestive, and nervous systems
