The Matwork Course is your first step towards becoming a fully qualified Pilates Instructor
This is an entry course into a rewarding career as a Pilates instructor.
Upon completion, you'll emerge as a fully certified matwork instructor.
The prep component of this course involves reading through the manual, understanding programming a class, learning muscle activation, common injuries, pregnancy and how to do physical corrections.
You complete this online study before attending the 4 day practical component of the course.
After the online component is complete you will attend a 4 day face to face course.
To ensure that each participant departs the course with a strong sense of confidence and proficiency, we intentionally limit the course enrollment to small numbers.
This approach allows us to provide individualised attention, personalised feedback, and ample practice opportunities.
By capping the course at a manageable size, we create an environment where your learning journey is prioritised, your questions are addressed comprehensively, and you have the space to refine your skills through hands-on practice.
Do I need to complete the Matwork Course before Reformer?
