With a lot of pilates instructors feeling uncomfortable teaching this population we have made it our focus to make a point of difference by ensuring you leave the course feeling confident in helping this population with up to date knowledge from our women's health physiotherapist who teaches at university

To ensure that each participant departs the course with a strong sense of confidence and proficiency, we intentionally limit the course enrolment to small numbers. By capping the course at a manageable size, we create an environment where your learning journey is prioritized, your questions are addressed comprehensively, and you have the space to refine your skills through hands-on practice
