Cancellation and Refund Policy

Once enrolled in the course, all payments are non-refundable. We understand that situations may arise, but please note that course dates and fees are fixed upon booking.

Course Deferral:
Deferrals will only be considered under extreme circumstances, such as serious illness or emergencies. Requests for deferrals must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, the deferral will apply to a future course within a reasonable time frame, subject to availability.
